FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: I'd rather handle this on a case-by-case basis, but Teddy is aware of the multi-verse and will only be a little creeped out at the fact he might be a comic book character in some people's world(s).
BACKTAGGING: Absolutely and always! Life tends to get away with me sometimes so backtagging is my best friend.

IC CHARACTERISTICS
CURRENT CANON POINT: End of New Avengers #4 (2015).
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Human, Hulkling, Hulkling (wings)
DEMEANOR: Friendly and easygoing most of the time. Being both practical and level-headed he's not often taken over by emotion and is very much a problem-solver. Rather then an actions speak louder than words kind of guy, Teddy backs up his words with his actions.
ABILITIES:
• Shape-shifting: Usually he limits his shape-shifting to his Hulkling form, which requires him to change his skin color to green, grow claws, wings, and hardened layers of shell on both of his shoulders. But he’s also able to make himself look like an exact copy of anyone he wants. He can change the consistency of his skin, making it thicker or thinner. He can even make parts of his body into elastic, a la Mr. Fantastic, that can wrap around things. While it's never quite explained, his super hero uniform that he wears under his civilian clothing is likely a part of him as it not only grows and shrinks with his shape-shifting abilities, but it has also been shown to warp into different clothing at Teddy's command. Also, the things he makes with his body are perfectly functional; like his wings for example, which he can use to fly.
• Super-strength: He gets this ability from his Kree blood, but the mixture of Skrull blood makes him stronger than even an average Kree.
• Healing: We’re never told where his healing ability stands in comparison with say, Wolverine, but it does work quickly and seems pretty substantial. Teddy can also adapt certain things about his body to handle different situations. In one case, while unconscious, he was able to shift his vital organs around to avoid being vivisected.
• Excelsior: Teddy's magical alien sword that has vague mystical powers, including the ability absorb and negate mystical energy. Possessing it makes Teddy the new King of Space. Game note: It will have none of its powers while in-game and will simply be a cool-looking sword.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: He's in perfect health. His alien physiology allows him to heal from most wounds and protects him from most illness.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Homophobia and all forms of bigotry are hot button issues for him because they impact him strongly in his canon. Otherwise, he's pretty laid-back and doesn't take easy offence, and is more then willing to voice his dissenting opinions if he does.
OPT-OUT: I will never have Teddy use his abilities to impersonate another character without permission. However, if anyone wants to opt-out of dealing with his shape-shifting in any capacity, or opt-out of threading with Teddy in general, just let me know! You can leave a comment below or PM me.

IC PERMISSIONS
MENTAL: Yes. Just give me a heads up and I can offer some insights to what's going on in his head.
MIMICRY: Absolutely. Teddy has been impersonated in canon a couple of times so he won't be impressed. Teddy can be difficult to pin down visually because he frequently shifts forms, so any impersonators need to nail down two forms rather than one. An encyclopedia level knowledge of super heroes and nerd stuff would be necessary to pass off his personality.
VIOLENCE: Not well. What Teddy lacks in tactical prowess he makes up for in sheer power. He also has a wide variety of ways to wield and protect his body in a fight that can take opponents by surprise.
